Enjoy 8 miles of water front views from the spacious balcony of this 11th floor unit.

This three bedroom unit features 2 king-size beds while the 3rd room has a lofted queen and pull-out sleeper sofa, making it a great space to enjoy video games or just hanging out by day, and it converts to sleep 4 at night. All three bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs with DishTV. The remote worker will never lose sight of the beach while getting work done at either of the two desks.

The master bathroom boasts a large whirlpool tub, a separate shower, dual sinks, and a large closet. The second bathroom contains a large walk-in shower with handrails.

Enjoy the amazing views from inside the comfy living and dining areas, then close the curtains, turn on the mood lighting, and bring down the 120" theater screen to watch BluRay/DVD movies or your favorite tv shows on DishTV and FireTV. Or have a family game night enjoying a great selection of tabletop or card games that are mostly beach or ocean-themed, like Caribbean (2004) or Port Royal (2014). We also have several great puzzles to build too.

Cooking is a joy in the spacious fully-stocked kitchen featuring new quartz countertops and double oven with cooktop. Clean-up is a breeze in the new extra-large sink and double-drawer dishwasher. The kitchen should include pots (small and large), pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, KitchenAid mixer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, electric skillet, waffle maker, and all the usual kitchen hand tools.

Enjoy a large selection of beach and pool toys, including beach chairs, mat, and umbrella in the toy closet.

The SeaChase Resort amenities include five swimming pools (both indoor and outdoor), a kiddie pool, four whirlpool spas (both indoor and outdoor), splash pad, communal grilling area, fitness room, tennis/pickle ball court, and gated beach access. Property and parking lot are patrolled by 24 hour security.

Bedding and towels provided, washed at high temperatures. You’ll also have a startup supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Please bring your own beach towels.

Rental includes one parking pass. An additional pass can be purchased for $70 from security guard at check-in.

Please note that a surveillance device in the form of a Ring doorbell is in use at the front entrance of the unit. No other audio/visual recording devices are installed in or around the unit.
